Hi everybody! Today I write about a food, I think the food It´s   pleasure but also a necessity, and for that should is healthy.

Healthy food is right for our bodies, helps us to live better, but the food is a pleasure to know there are caring, I think that fast-food is bad because It´s not alimentary quite the contrary , undernourishment ! Make obesity, etc..  But I like pizza very much, because I´m vegetarian and the pizza is very good vegetarian alternative for his vegetables and chees.

I like cook, but not every days if not by chance. My favorite food It´s “acevichado” this is a fusion in sushi and ceviche, both I really like and they are very delicious and healthy.  I think the kind of healthy food is not fries, not naturals, whit colorants and more chemical. The healthy food is the natural food, while less process is better.

My Friend

 

I haven't a best friend, i have a lot of friends but today will tell you my black friend, she called Maria Jose Eliash and we been friends for very many years. We met in the garden in 1994 and our friendship remains intact, I know his family and they are very good people, I love them and they want me to my, at school we behave badly, but we were doing a lot of crazy things we learned from all these good things.

Today we are too different but friends too. Although we see little girlfriends are very, fills me with energy when we are together. Your style is different she is very hippie and me no, but shared a respect for nature and the human body quite similar and our ideals and values ​​are the same. She is very important to me, she has accompanied me throughout life, that is countless..

WEEKEND

Hi everybody,

My last weekend was very intense. We went to V region with my friends, Sebastian, Hector, Ignacio and Carolina.  We got home from a friend in Villa Alemana, the city is very serene and cheap, her family is very friendly. We were there for two days saturday and sunday. On saturday we made a barbecue and together drank except me. On Sunday we went to the stadium in Quillota city.  My club won by  2 goals to 0 and everybody is happy because the last year was a hard year for Colo Colo and we wait  this year is  better, even so through thick and thin .  Everybody are together.

Well return trip was longer than expected, but we came all happy so here not care, luckily we to buy bread and juice before leaving because we had hungry.

There is certain music or artists that transcend generations , backgrounds and borders, these are the accompanying lifelong , inherited by parents or older siblings , and then teach our children, artists like Violeta Parra, Victor Jara, Inti Illimani , Quilapayun congress among others, artists who also talk about the history of this country.We are some like Charly Garcia , Pablo Milanes and Silvio Rodrigues , who are not Chilean but fall into this same category of inherited music to accompany us lifetime .

There are other musics we discover with friends I really like RAP, Chilean RAP  and  cumbia, Colombian cumbia and Argentina cumbia .

Have bought those living spaces that need a musical advice, or that music with political contendo helps reaffirm ideas and feelings. You can not miss the dance music because that is part of the essence of the expression of life , well life is too good if it goes hand in hand with the music , is why today elected one cansion thousands I Love , which contains a bit of everything that just mentioned. I really like this band , both musically and by the lyrical contendo . I like ska , trumpets makes me want to move all the time!

 “The limit is in your mind”

Hi everybody, this is my favourite site in the world, since 1990 I´m going to this site, with my parents, with my friends, everybody together go to this beach. Its name is Yeco and it is located in the center-litoral in Metropolitan zone of Chile. Well today I write about this photograph that speaks about the Yeco.  The sentence “the limits are in your mind” coincides with the energy from the place because I felt free in the site. For that is why I like this photograph.. Pedro my little brother took the picture in August last year.  in my opinion, it´s beautiful, and I´m absolutely agree with its meaning. On the other hand we can see the beauty of the see and the hills . Really Yeco is a little magic site that it´s worth to know it. By  by.

  

MEXICO

I want to visit Mexico, because It´s a big country of America   and has thirty two 

 cultural or natural   sites

considered patrimony of  humanity.  It´s a good example of indigenous resistance and  their history is very strong and their

culture is more rich and charming. That is the principal reason why  I want to visit Mexico. They  have important Visual

Artists,  for example  Diego  Rivera. He´s a talented muralist of Mexico; or Frida Kahlo, she´s a painter both are

My favourite Artist of Mexico is Guadalupe de la Posada.  He´s engrave and  your thematic  I very very like,  He combined

the ritual for Hi´s Country with politic and art. I like go to Mexico an study about their engrave.

 

 

Also I would like to eat Mexican food, because I like spicy  food and they have more variety of chili.

"Your days of abundance are counted "
A good film is "Los Edukadores", in German it is said "Die fetten Jahre sind vorbei" and in English "The Educator". 

It is a German work but was made by director Hans Weingartner, who is Austrian and was filmed in 2004. A good thing about this film is that it provides you a lesson, because it talks about principles , freedom, respect and 

love. 

Through this film it shown another way to make revolution, the film relates events made by 3 activists, a woman and 

two men: Jule, Peter and Jan. Peter and Jan are friends, but Peter and Jule are dating. Men work for the revolution, 

but she does not know, after a trip by Peter, Jule learns everything, while she and Jan fall in love, then everything 

gets complicated ...
